About Hillbilly Rifles, llc.
Hillbilly Custom Rifles was named after my family's deer hunting camp.
Hillbilly Camp is where my fondest memories have accrued in my life.
It is where my dream of starting my own business of building custom
rifles began.
My father had the confidence in me at a very young age to allow me
to hand load and work with my own rifles. Local gunsmith and family
friend Louie LaBerge took me under his wing and taught me the correct
way to build an accurate rifle. Louie and his brothers are known through
out the community as great Hi-Power shooters.
For a couple of years I had thought about starting my own business.
I finally decided to accept the challenge of satisfying my customers,
when I was working with a custom rifle in .257 Weatherby in Louie's
shop. A gentleman brought in a custom rifle that was built by a famous
Texas rifle builder, he has had many articles written about his custom
rifles and I respect his work, which did not shoot well. Both custom
rifles were identical, the stock, action, barrel, and caliber where
all the same. After careful examination the rifles it was found the
very expensive European scope was defective. Once the scope was replaced,
both rifles were test fired. Both rifles were very accurate and were
of excellent quality. At that point I knew that that I could build a
competitive rifle in quality and price!

Returns and Exchanges
I will always consider any reasonable trade offers, towards any Hillbilly
Custom Rifle.
All sales are final and I can not accept any returns.
Warranty
Every Hillbilly Custom Rifle is guaranteed to shoot a three shot MOA
group at 100 yards from a bench with quality hand loads. The rifle barrel
must be clean and the barrel bore must also not be worn.
Every Hillbilly Custom Rifle's stock and metal finish are warranted
for one year from excess wear under normal hunting conditions.
Every Hillbilly Custom Rifle is guaranteed to function properly with
factory ammo and correctly loaded hand loads for as long as you own
the rifle.

Disclaimer
Hillbilly Custom Rifles, llc will not be held accountable and/or liable
from accidental or intentional misuse of a firearm sold and/or built
by us that breaks any federal and/or state law.
Every one who uses a Hillbilly Custom Rifle should be properly trained
by their local NRA sanctioned firearms safety instructor.
Every one who uses a Hillbilly Custom Rifle should always think, practice,
and promote fire safety.
